shipping & delivery
when will i receive my hmpr.?
all hampers are made to order, so please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch.
we offer standard delivery at £4, or 48 hour delivery for £6, on all orders and you will receive a dispatch notification once it's on its way.
what if i need my hmpr. sooner?
if you need to receive your order sooner than this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to find a solution for you!
can i change my delivery address?
if you need to change your delivery address, please get in touch with us straight away. we can only change the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. email us at email@example.com to let us know!
my box hasn’t arrived yet - help!
due to the unfortunate circumstances of covid-19 and brexit, postal and delivery networks are experiencing long delays. please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your hamper to arrive before contacting us. we will always do our very best to help if you are having problems with your delivery.
how will my box be packaged?
we pride ourselves on delivering beautifully packaged hampers so the opening of the box is part of the luxurious, yet eco-friendly experience.
your hamper will be filled with eco-wood wool to protect all of your products inside and it will come with a "special gift for a special person" greeting card neatly placed inside (you can opt in to put a personalised message in the "note" section when you check out too, or leave blank for a touch of mystery!)
the hamper will be buckled and sent in an eco-friendly parcel box, stuffed along with environmentally friendly kraft paper wrapping, meaning you can recycle every last piece of packaging!
can I set the hmpr. to be received on a specific date?
we don’t currently have this option. however, if you would like your recipient to not open their hamper until a certain date, please email us at to let us know, and we’ll add a little note on the front of the box to ensure they don’t open it until the date you've chosen.
can I order multiple hmpr.'s to different addresses?
if you wish to purchase multiple gifts to different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
do you ship internationally?
at the moment, we do not offer international shipping. however, if you have a special request to ship outside of the UK, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
what is your returns policy?
we, unfortunately, do not offer returns, due to the nature of our products and hampers. however, if for some reason you are unhappy with your hamper or an item has arrived damaged, please email us at and we will do our very best to make it right. items that arrive damaged can be exchanged but must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

can I be a brand ambassador?
we get lots of enquiries from influencers and we'd love to hear from you. if you feel you have a suitable audience and following for hmpr., please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your details. we can’t guarantee there will be opportunities but will keep your details on file for when we open up new campaigns.
can I feature my products in your boxes?
do you have an eco-friendly product (made in the UK), that is perfect for hmpr.? we'd love to hear from new, independent brands and are always open to new suppliers. please see our suppliers page for more information.
